Uniform Check-in Time!
It's time to turn in the marching uniforms!
*Honors and Symphonic II bands will turn in their uniforms between 7:30 and 9:00 am on Tuesday, December 2nd.
*Symphonic I band will turn in their uniforms from 7:30-9:00am on Wednesday, December 3rd.
Concert Uniforms will be checked out the week of December 8th.
*Seniors and Juniors will check out their uniforms from 7:30-9:00 am on Monday, Dec. 8th.
*Sophomores will check out their uniforms from 7:30-9:00 am on Tuesday, Dec. 9th.
*Freshman students will check out their uniforms from 7:30-9:00 am on Thursday, Dec. 11th.
(Guys will need to purchase a tuxedo shirt, we will provide a bow tie and cumberbund)
(Girls will need to have closed toe shoes. Open toe shoes are not appropriate for a concert setting)
Musical Reading Sessions:
Students, if you want to be considered to play in the musical, you must be at both reading sessions. Cuts will be made after the sessions. Musical personnel will be posted before the Christmas break. The reading sessions are Wed. December 10th and Friday, Dec. 12th from 8:00 am-9:00 am.
Special band rehearsals:
In preparation for the holiday concert, full band with percussionists will have a special rehearsal. Those dates and times are:
Symphonic II- Monday, Dec. 15 8:00-9:00am
Sym I- Tuesday, Dec. 16 8:00-9:00 am
Honors Band- Tuesday, Dec. 16 4:30-5:30 pm
Solo and Ensemble:
Students, many of you are planning and preparing for Solo & Ensemble. Please check out the guidelines for the MISD Solo & Ensemble Contest.

New band hoodies and band booster polos! We are currently taking orders for the following spirit items:
Band students will love our navy hoodie (hooded pullover sweatshirt) with an embroidered Royal Pride Band logo.
Parents can show their support with a navy Band Booster embroidered short sleeve polo shirt.
Window decals for your car are also available
